DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS

There are two ways that your session may be held:

Option 1:  We agree the same time to hold the session.  I will commence the session and you will create the same time and space to receive the session.

Option 2:  I set the intention for you to receive the healing during the hours that you sleep. 

Receiving a distant healing session in the comfort of your own surroundings delivers the same benefits as if you were in person. This is because energy and energy healing works in ways that transcend the logical mind, time and space. You only require to trust in your own healing potential as I hold space for you and your highest potential to come through. 

Please let me know which option you prefer when completing the onboarding form and I will set the intention as per your preference. 

I kindly invite you to create a sacred space and moment in time just for you to receive this healing. 

Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and lay comfortably on the bed or floor for the session. You may like to place a pillow under your knees to support your lower back and use an eye mask. Make sure you are covered with a blanket as the temperature may drop in the session and have a glass of water ready for the end. 

Set the intention to create this time and space to receive this healing for your specific reasons. 

At the agreed appointment time, I invite you to listen to this specific piece of music. This will be the same piece that I will play during the session. This allows us both to anchor into the moment with presence and intention.

I will commence the healing session, which will last between 45 mins to 1 hour.

During this time, please stay for a minimum of 45 mins and you are only required to rest.

Thank the thoughts for being present today and send them away like a bubble floating up into the sky to pop! 

Bring your attention back to your breath. No need to change your breath, just notice the breath flow in and out of your body, or you may like to count only the out breaths or only the in breaths to help still the mind. You can use this breathing practice at any point you feel you would like to come back and centre. 

Enjoy this beautiful piece of music as you relax further and deeper into the session. 

 I will notify you when the session has just finished via whatsapp. 

Take deep care coming out of the session. 

Gently and slowly open your eyes and come to a sitting position. Drink a glass of water and take a moment to ground into the present moment.
