Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life doesn't always go to plan, and I will always do my best to accommodate you. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Rescheduling If you need to move your appointment, I will always try to find an alternative time that works for you. I encourage rescheduling wherever possible, and there is no fee for doing so, provided you give more than 72 hours' notice before your session start time.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, the following terms apply:

• More than 72 hours' notice — A full refund will be given.

• Less than 72 hours' notice — A partial refund will be issued, with a £14 booking and administration fee retained.

• No-shows (no notice given) — The full session fee will be retained. This covers room hire and time reserved exclusively for you.

My Cancellations In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible. You will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you. I will never retain any fees where the cancellation is on my side.

Late Arrivals Please note that if you arrive late to your session, I may not always be able to extend the time beyond your scheduled slot. The full session fee will apply regardless of arrival time.
